Why I do this work
Years ago I was the person on the outside who looked "together." Promotion at work. Smiling in photos. Quietly drowning at 2 a.m. I tried meditation apps. I tried pushing through. I tried convincing myself this was just adult life. Then I found a hypnotherapist who didn't ask me to fix anything — only to sit, to breathe, to let what I'd been holding finally be set down. Within weeks something shifted in me. Real, soft, lasting.
That experience reshaped my career. I trained in clinical hypnotherapy, neuroscience-backed mind reset techniques, and trauma-informed practice. I've now sat with over 1,200 people across more than 30 countries — through anxiety, heartbreak, burnout, and the quiet kind of loneliness that doesn't have a name yet.
This work, for me, isn't about being a guru. It's about being a steady, gentle, professional presence while you find your own way home.
